Tahini Sauce

  • 1 1/2 dl coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 dl tahini
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • the juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Sriracha
  • salt

Skewer and vegetables

  • about 550 g of pork “karré” (pork collar, Boston butt, pork butt)
  • pepper
  • 2 heart salad heads
  • 250 g of broccoli

For serving

  • 4 port rice (preferably basmatiris)
  • 2 tablespoons sesameseeds
  • the juice of 1/2 lime
