Ingredients
- Salmon (about 100-150g / person)
- Carrot
- Mushrooms (champignons, about 100g)
- Red pepper
- Shallots
- Leek
- Curry (European, mild or strong)
- Oregano, dried
- Flour for thickening the soup
- Stock (from fonds du chef, fish or veg, or stock cube, about 1 liter)
- Liquid cream, full fat
- Broccoli
- Fresh thyme for decoration
For the avocado cream
- Avocado
- Crême fraîche (1dl)
- Lemon juice
