This week is our first week back from summer holiday and it’s also Zoé’s first week with our family. It’s still nice out these in the garden, so we can grill and eat outside. The food delivery won’t be in until late on Monday, so we skip Monday in the meal plan (we’ll make something quick and improvised like pasta).
Monday: Open
Tuesday: Lebanese Chicken / Taboulé with Quinoa or Bulghur (tomatoes, cucumbers, mint, parsley, spring onions)
Wednesday: Oven Fish with Hoisin Sauce / Jasmin rice / Woked greens with garlic and oyster sauce
Thursday: Minestrone with beans, kale, small pasta / Pesto sauce and/or parmesan
Friday: Homemade burgers with beef & halloumi
Saturday: Open
Sunday: Beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese, honey and roasted hazelnuts
