This week, we had to skip the orechiette with broad beans and ricotta (there were no orechiette…)

Monday: Chicken stew with peppers and olives, farro

Wednesday: Matjes herring with potatoes, brown butter and boiled eggs

Thursday: Miso aubergines, rice, Woked greens with garlic and oyster sauce

Friday: Keftélé (lamb meetballs) in tomato sauce, pita bread, cucumber salad (or raita)

Saturday: open

Sunday: Carrot soup with portobello mushrooms “à l’escargot”
