This week, we are out for dinner on Thursday and the kids will stay with Zoé. This weekend, the kids will go to the countryside with Anders and I will stay at home for some me-time.
We started the week with the need for some comfort food, so we switched the Friday meal for Monday. There were some other switches, in the end, it was the “sous-vide chicken with quinoa salad” that was pushed out of the menu.
Monday: Swedish sausage (Falukorv) with warm lentils and a tangy salad.
Tuesday: Coconut Curry Chickpeas With Pumpkin and Lime, basmati rice, raita
Wednesday: Chicken Gyoza, Chinese cabbage salad
Thursday: open (kids had pasta / fried egg)
Friday: Grilled vegetables + halloumi, olive oil + garlic dressing, couscous
Saturday: open
Sunday: Grilled fish with salsa verde, oven-roasted potatoes and fennel
