Ingredients
- White fish (cod for example), about 150-200g / person
- Leek
- Curry (European, mild or strong)
- Stock (fond du chef, fish stock) about 4dl
- Crême fraîche about 2dl
- Fresh tomatoes, cubed
- Tabasco (optional)
- soft-hard boiled eggs (7 minutes)
- Parsley, chopped
For the gardlic bread:
- Bread (baguette)
- Butter at room temperature
- Garlic, pressed or chopped
