Curried fish soup

This receipe is inspired by a recipe from Monica Ahlberg’s “Vardags Mat” p.

Ingredients

  • White fish (cod for example), about 150-200g / person
  • Leek
  • Curry (European, mild or strong)
  • Stock (fond du chef, fish stock) about 4dl
  • Crême fraîche about 2dl
  • Fresh tomatoes, cubed
  • Tabasco (optional)
  • soft-hard boiled eggs (7 minutes)
  • Parsley, chopped

For the gardlic bread:

  • Bread (baguette)
  • Butter at room temperature
  • Garlic, pressed or chopped
